FIG. 03 — WHERE ENGAGEMENTS HAPPEN

How the firm runs

Two engagements at a time, firm-wide
Capacity is the product. We run at most two concurrent engagements so partners are on your floor weekly, not reviewing a junior’s notes monthly.
Chartered, insured, audited
CMC accreditation through the Institute of Management Consultants; professional indemnity to £5m; baselines signed by your FD before our first invoice.
Fees part-linked to the number
The embed phase carries a success-linked element against the signed baseline. When we say we stay until it moves, the invoice agrees.
We decline more than we take
Wrong sector, wrong size, or a problem that’s really a people decision dressed as an ops one — we say so at the first call and suggest where to go instead.

Next step

Bring us a number that should be better.

OTIF, unit cost, scrap rate, working capital — whichever one keeps coming up in the monthly review. A half-hour call tells you whether the Diagnostic Fortnight is worth £9,500 to you. We’ll say plainly if it isn’t.
